When will I receive my order?
Your order will arrive within 3-7 business days.

How do I track it?
You’ll get a tracking link via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept only prepaid payments only via secure payment options available at checkout.

Returns & Replacements

Can I return my order?
We currently do not offer returns or refunds, as each piece is carefully quality checked before dispatch. All purchases are considered final.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We offer replacements for incorrect, defective, or damaged items.

How do I request a replacement?
Just email us at connect@femmeshyn.in within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order details
• A clear unboxing video (from start to finish)

When will I get my replacement?
Once approved, your replacement will be delivered within ~7 business days.
If the item isn’t available, we’ll offer a similar piece or store credit.
