As a standard policy, we do not offer returns or refunds, and all purchases are considered final. We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will only be provided under the following circumstances:

  • You have received an incorrect item
  • The product is defective upon arrival
  • The parcel has been damaged during transit

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any replacement request, we require a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from start to finish. The video must clearly show the package, shipping label, and the condition of the product at the time of opening. This is essential for us to validate the concern with our logistics partners and ensure a fair resolution.

How to Raise a Request

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us at connect@femmeshyn.in within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order details along with the complete unboxing video.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Resolution Process

Once we receive your request and supporting video, our team will carefully review the details. If your claim is approved, a replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within approximately 7 business days, subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the same product is not available for replacement due to stock limitations or discontinuation, we will offer an alternative solution such as an exchange with a similar product of equal value, or store credit of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Right to Refuse

FemmeShyn reserves the right to reject any replacement request that does not meet the above conditions or lacks sufficient evidence. All decisions will be made after careful evaluation to ensure fairness and transparency.
